According to daily polling by Civiqs, independent voters are increasingly supporting legal abortion in all cases, jumping from 25% at the end of August 2021 to 30% as of August 2022.

Democrats polled by Civiqs were once evenly divided over whether abortion should be legal in all or most circumstances. But Democrats who think abortion should always be legal now outnumber their counterparts who say it should be mostly legal by a nearly two-to-one margin.
